Bye, 2007. It's Been Quite A Year.

2007 In A Nutshell

Before we forget all about the year 2007 and leave it behind,
I'd like to acknowledge some of the things that has happened.

Let's begin, shall we?

So the year began with a new school, new friends, a new life, almost. Almost.

The first day of school was rather uncomfortable, but I made it.

And look. Now I'm all used to this life and ready to go back to school.

Eager, actually.

I'd like to thank all the people, all my friends, who helped me to feel at home at school, and made my life a gazillion times more enjoyable.

Thanks, all.

Moving on, CNY was fun, always good to have a holiday.

Then, we have to go back to school, and have our first exams in march.
( If I remember correctly)

I remember that I did quite well, and then time for rest.

Then mid-term exams,

Interact Club Jogathon,

Sports Day,

Mid-term break, where I went on the best vacation of my life.

Pulau Lang Tengah. Together with my family, extended family, Kevin Tan from school, and Leong Lin Rui, our neighbour.

That was a great time. Here's a pic.

After that, we come back to school, and we commence with the 30 hour famine.

It was a cool experience.

And there was also the Student Exchange Program with Sacred Heart College.

My brother hosted one named Marc, and he was a great guy.

We'll miss him.

Soon, it's concert time.

I find myself in the Greek Dance, which is coincidentally the same dance which my sister and all her friends are in.

She never quite forgave me, of course.

The concert was one of this year's highlights, it was really smashing.

In fun-ness, I mean. Cos' I don't think we performed that well.

Then the year end exams came.

I was terrible. I failed with dying colours.

But, to brighten up the spirit, the post-ex activities arrived.

I took part in football, scrabble, and thingy.

Thingy refers to some things.

And it's now our nation's 50th anniversary.

Fireworks in celebration.

The holidays can now begin.

Holidays were fun. And boring.

We went to Singapore..... Old story, so I won't kill ya'll with it.

And Christmas came and went.

And we went to Hong Kong.....

We saw the million dollar view of Hong Kong,
but failed to take million dollar photos.

We went to the famous Disneyland.....

Rode roller coasters......

Saw fireworks at the Disney castle.....

And best of all.....

Our rich Hong Kong grand-uncle rented us our own private yacht for the day.

Those are my Aunt and Uncle, if you believe it.

And we went home.

So, here's the end of year 2007.

I'm sure we'll all miss it very much, but it's time to say goodbye.

Goodbye, 2007!
